Events to check out in Nebraska this weekend
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — This weekend, many Nebraska communities are hosting summer celebrations.
Several counties are hosting their fairs, including Butler, Madison and Jefferson, and there’s much more.
LINCOLN
Outdoor Movie — Friday, 8 p.m.
Trinity Lutheran Church is showing “Tangled.” A light dinner will be served at 8 p.m., and the movies will start at dark. Crafts will also start at 8 p.m. Bring blankets, pillows and chairs to get comfy in the parking lot. In case of rain, the movie will be shown indoors.

TadaStock 2023 — Saturday, 7 p.m.
TADAstock 4 is an evening for you to enjoy delicious food and first-rate wine from The Mill and a fantastic new lineup of music performed by an array of talented singers from The TADA Theatre, all in the outdoor setting of The Mill at Telegraph. In case of bad weather, the event will be postponed to Sunday. The gates open at 6 p.m.

Stir-Up Days 2023 — All weekend
Highlights of this year’s celebration include the family sock hop on Thursday night, stir-up coronation and balloon glow on Friday night and the grand parade on Saturday morning and the car show on Sunday. There will be lots of food, fun and activities for all ages, including an art show, carnival games and rides, a beer garden and street dance.
