Excellence In Education: Lincoln East art show

Students at Lincoln East put their art work on display Thursday. 

Everything from jewelry to pottery and even some paper machee statues were on display for families and friends. 

This is the second year the art show has been held. 

“As a collective whole it is really eye opening when we see everything all together and see how big our department is and how big our school is,” said Lincoln East Art Department Chair, Kelli Dornbos. “So its really cool to see all of that together.”

The students were happy to have their hard work pay off and be put on display. 

Teacher hope that in years to come, the event only grows.
