LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The annual Husker volleyball fan fest took place at the Bob Devaney Sports Center, ahead of the red and white scrimmage on Saturday.

Fans lined up for a chance to meet players and coaches prior to the scrimmage, and had a chance to get a photo and autograph.

“The players are also a really awesome part because they are such important role models for me,” said Grace Rued, a fan.

The annual red and white volleyball scrimmage on Saturday evening is the first glimpse fans will get of the new Husker team.

The first regular season match for Husker volleyball is August 25 against Utah State.
