Fat Dog Gas Station accused misleading customers

If you travel along Interstate 80, you’ve likely seen–maybe even been to, a Fat Dog Gas Station.

The convenience stores advertise gas usually at a lower cost than competitors, but now they’re being accused of misleading customers.

A judge is considering a verdict in a lawsuit that says those six Fat Dog Stores owned by North Platte-based Wilkinson Development, posted misleading signs about prices, along the I-80.

They advertise a lower cost of fuel–but those prices are only offered at select fuel pumps.

The company president denies the accusations.
