Investigators working to determine cause of apartment fire in east Lincoln
Lincoln Fire & Rescue crews battled an apartment fire near 48th and Leighton Tuesday night.
The fire started around 5:30 p.m.
It took firefighters about 10 minutes to knock down the flames.
LFR says nobody was inside the third-floor unit where the fire started and nobody was injured.
Officials say the fire started from a left on kitchen stove, where the first originated.
An estimated $50,000 in damage was caused.
