Former Husker baseball player signs contract with Savannah Bananas

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Former Nebraska LHP Kyle Perry signed a contract with the Savannah Bananas on Thursday.
The Banana’s announced the signing in a post on X:

Perry pitched at Nebraska for six seasons, finishing his career with a 7-6 record in 18 starts, totaling a 5.64 ERA
He also tallied 120 strikeouts compared to only 48 walks.
Perry also shouted out Nebraska Athletic Director Troy Dannen, hoping to bring Banana Ball to Memorial Stadium:
