Former Nebraska trooper who sexually assaulted girl gets more prison time

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A former Nebraska trooper who has been convicted of sexually assaulting a minor will be spending even more time behind bars.
On Tuesday, 25-year-old Brandon Dolezol was sentenced by a Scotts Bluff County judge for two counts of attempted enticement and four counts of child pornography.
He could serve up to 56 years in prison on those charges, according to the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office.
In March, Dolezol was sentenced to up to 40 years in prison for first-degree sexual assault in Sarpy County.
The Attorney General’s Office said Dolezol will serve the sentences consecutively.
Dolezol is also facing charges out of Douglas County, including six counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, the Sarpy County Attorney’s office said.
