Four Husker volleyball players earn AVCA All-America honors

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Four Husker volleyball players earned All-America honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association on Wednesday.
Andi Jackson, Harper Murray and Bergen Reilly are first-team All-America selections, and Rebekah Allick is a second-team All-America pick.
This is the third time Murray and Reilly have earned All-America honors.
The AVCA is proud to announce its 44th annual All-America teams for NCAA Division I women’s volleyball.

The AVCA is announcing the coach of the year on Thursday and the player of the year on Friday. Reilly is a finalist for the player of the year award.
Nebraska’s season came to a heartbreaking end on Sunday when the Huskers lost to Texas A&M in five sets.
Head coach Dani Busboom Kelly’s first season at the helm was full of successes, including going undefeated in the regular season.
Nebraska had also won 48 consecutive sets during the regular season.
