Four injured in three-vehicle crash southeast of Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Four people were taken to a hospital on Wednesday night after a crash southeast of Lincoln.

It happened at 158th Street and Saltillo Road around 7:15 p.m.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office said a Toyota Avalon ran a stop sign and T-boned a pickup truck.

Some passersby stopped to help, and the driver of the car got out to talk with them.

A Chevy Bolt then approached the scene, but authorities said the driver didn’t see the crash.

The Bolt hit the Avalon, injuring three pedestrians.

Three people were taken to a hospital by ambulance; another was flown by helicopter.

None of the injuries were life-threatening, the sheriff’s office said.
