Four people shot in downtown Lincoln; police say there’s no ongoing threat
INCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Police Department says four people were shot in downtown Lincoln early Friday morning.
Officers were called to 14th and O streets around 12:45 a.m. after someone reported gunshots.
They found one of the victims at 13th and O streets and treated them for an injury that was not life-threatening.
The other three arrived at a local hospital a short time later.
Everyone is expected to recover.
Bullets also hit at least one building in the area, leaving glass shattered on the ground.
LPD said there is no ongoing threat to the public. Investigators have left the area as well.
