Four-vehicle crash closes 10th Street bridge in downtown Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A crash during the evening commute Friday shut down the 10th Street bridge by Memorial Stadium.
It happened about 4:30 p.m., and the road was closed for more than an hour.
A Channel 8 reporter at the scene said at least four vehicles were involved.
Police said no one was seriously injured.
The roads in Lincoln iced up just as rush hour began, according to the Lincoln Police Department.
Lt. Brian Golden said officers responded to several weather-related crashes but there were no life-threatening injuries.
The crashes also came on busy night in Lincoln as volleyball and basketball fans made their way to games at the Devaney Center and Pinnacle Bank Arena.
