Fourth Nebraska Person Dies, Possibly from West Nile
A Lincoln woman is suspected of being the state's fourth victim of West Nile virus. The Lincoln-Lancaster Country Health Department says that a woman in her 70's who died recently was a probable victim of the virus.
The deaths of two other women and one man, all over age 65, are also suspected of being linked to the mosquito-borne disease. However, West Nile has yet to be confirmed as the cause of death by the Centers for Disease Control.
