Free coronavirus testing on UNL campus for students, staff, & faculty

The testing will be held from 3pm to 6pm weekdays at the 17th and R Street parking garage.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has set up a COVID-19 testing site on campus for all students, staff, and faculty that register online.

In order to get the nasal swab test, students and faculty must register online and make an appointment to get tested. The testing site is located at 17th and R street, right behind the the University Police Station. The testing will only be open from 3 p.m. till 6 p.m. on weekdays.

The Site Supervisor, Jared Fischer, said he recommends people take advantage of the free testing and as long as they are registered online, they can get tested as much as they want or need.

The University partnered with with Test Nebraska and the Health Center on campus to make this site possible.
