Free dental health screening at Malone Community Center

Malone Community Center’s Free Dental Health Screening Event is tomorrow.
“Oral health is good health and the Malone Community Center is committed to preventive health care in all aspects our lives”, states, Regina Sullivan, Community Health Worker at the Malone Community Center.
As a strong member and supporter of the Partnership for A Healthy Lincoln, and committed to preventive care, the Malone Community Center is sponsoring a Free Dental Health Screening Event on Friday, March 25, 2016 from 10:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. at the Malone Community Center, 2032 U Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. This free event is open to the public.
In collaboration with the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Oral Health Advisory Board, and the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) College of Dentistry and Nursing, attendees at this event will be provided a free dental health screening, oral hygiene kits, and referrals to sharing clinics throughout the Lincoln and greater areas of Nebraska.
Dr. James Jenkins of the “Mission of Mercy,” and UNMC, who has done free dental work throughout Nebraska and Dr. Charles F. Craft; Dental Health Director at the Division of Public Health, in the DHHS, will be conducting screenings, providing information on good oral health, and making referrals. They will be assisted by dental hygienists and nurses from UNMC.
