Friday’s Movie in the Park event in Lincoln canceled due to weather

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Friday’s Movie in the Park event has been canceled due to the potential for severe weather later this evening.
City officials said the event, which was going to be held at McPhee Elementary School, will not be rescheduled.

The Movie in the Park event will return on July 28 with a screening of “Minions: The Rise of Gru” at Belmont Park and Recreation Center.
