Frigid Temperatures Overnight, Slightly Warmer on Monday
Mostly sunny skies for the rest of the afternoon will lead to mostly clear skies this evening. Cold conditions will continue with temperatures falling back into the 20s shortly after sunset.

Low temperatures will be well below freezing in southeast Nebraska, with temperatures dropping to the teens.
Mostly clear skies and strong northerly wind will set us up for a very cold start to the work week. Low temperatures in Lincoln will drop to the middle teens.
Despite extremely cold temperatures expected on Monday morning, we will still be 10 degrees above our record low, when temperatures dropped to 4 degrees in 1986.
A slightly warmer day ahead in southeast Nebraska on Monday, with most of us seeing the lower 40s.

Mostly sunny to partly sunny skies for the upcoming week, with high temperatures in the 60s beginning on Veteran’s Day. We will come close to the 70s by the end of the work week before our next upper-level disturbance moves across the central plains, bringing a chance for rain next weekend.
