LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man wielding a knife threatened to attack a couple Wednesday in Grand Island, police say.

Around 2:30 p.m., Cody Frazier pulled out a knife and threatened to stab a couple near Broadwell Avenue and Sixth Street.

The couple ran into their home and locked the door “in fear of their life,” police said.

One of the victims told police she was “trembling” during the incident.

Officers were sent to the home and found Frazier in possession of a knife.

He was arrested on suspicion of two counts of terroristic threats and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
