Grand Island man charged with sexual assault of a 6-year-old girl
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A Grand Island man was arrested Thursday after police say he sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl.
Around 7:40 a.m., officers with the Grand Island Police Department took Jonathan De Jesus Cruz-Lopez into custody and placed him in the Hall County Jail.
He was charged Friday with two counts of third-degree sexual assault of a child and felony child abuse.
His bond is set at $25,000.
He is due back in court on June 12.
