Gregory Gabel Ticketed for Disturbing the Peace

A Lincoln man who was once accused in a high profile murder case was cited for making disturbing comments to a local tanning salon worker.
Officer Katie Flood said Gregory Gabel was talking to a 21 old year old clerk at Ashley Lynn’s tanning salon off 27th and Cornhusker Friday night.
Police reported Gabel told her women shouldn’t have to wear shirts, because men don’t have to. According to Flood, he also made reference to a movie where college girls were killed by a stalker.
Gable was cited at his home for disturbing the peace and told if he went back to the salon he would be arrested for trespassing.
You may remember Gable was arrested and charged in the 1995 stabbing death Martina McMenamin. Those charges were eventually dropped because new DNA tests couldn’t link him to the crime.
