Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program applications available this August
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln is accepting Homeownership Program applications starting Monday.
The program is meant to help people living in unsafe conditions and overcrowded or transitional housing.
The help is also available if you spend over 30% of your gross income on rent.
You’ll need a steady income and the ability to afford additional homeownership costs like property taxes, insurance and maintenance.
Applications can be picked up at the Habitat office at 4615 Orchard Street.
