Hearing set for Jessica Brandon murder suspect

One of three men facing charges in the murder of a Lincoln woman appeared in court Friday morning. 

A judge set a preliminary hearing for Tawhyne Patterson for November 8th, 2018. 

Patterson appeared via video monitor and did not speak during the proceeding. 

He, along with Damon and Dante Williams, are accused in the death of Jessica Brandon. 

Brandon was found shot in a home near 20th and Fairfield in July. 

Damon Williams is scheduled to appear in court on October 1st.
