Heavy rains caused flooded roads

We are hearing reports of flooded Roads near, 14th and Highway 2, 27th and Saltillo and 48th and Cornhusker. Please be careful as you drive throughout the region as heavy rains are causing localized flooding, downed power lines and downed trees. A water rescue was reported on the scanner near 14th and Highway 2. Some traffic lights aren’t working so be careful as you travel around Lincoln.
