Hi-Way Diner no longer open 24-hours, after 34 years in Lincoln
Some are referring to this as 'the end of a late-night era'.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Your favorite spot to grab a late night snack will no longer be staying open 24-hours.
The Hi-Way Diner, near 27th and Highway Two, said they will now be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the business called the change ‘bittersweet’.
After 34 years of staying open all night long and catering to those that crave a burger and fries at 1 a.m., the Diner made the announcement on their Facebook page Wednesday.
The sign that had ‘Eat 24.7’ plastered below their name is no more and some are referring to this as ‘the end of a late-night era’.
