LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The high school football playoffs kicked off around the state Friday night.

Creighton Prep 31, Lincoln Southeast 3 – The Junior Jays proved why they were the No. 2 seed Friday night, holding Lincoln Southeast to only three points.
Lincoln East 24, Omaha Central 10 – Lincoln East held Omaha Central to just ten points. Junior Will Manning had a fumble recovery in the first half.
Waverly 35, Northwest 13 – The Vikings scored early and often, getting two touchdowns from Nathan Axmann within the first six minutes of the first quarter.
Norris 45, Gretna 38 – Norris finished the season 8-2, losing its only two games by a combined four points.
