Hot diggity dog! Oscar Mayer Frankmobile draws a crowd at Lincoln Hy-Vees

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Oscar Mayer Frankmobile made two stops in Lincoln on Saturday at local Hy-Vees.
The hot dog on wheels has been a popular photo opportunity since it launched in 1936.
Workers who travel with the Frankmobile played games with families who stopped by and handed out prizes.
“Seeing children come up and being able to create that magic for them, it just gives me chills every single time when it happens,” said Chloe Van Caeseele, an Oscar Mayer frankfurter. “You can see all of the little kiddos running around. Honestly, from toddlers to people in their 90s, they all enjoy it just the same.”
If you missed it on Saturday, not to worry.
On Sunday, the Frankmobile will be at the Hy-Vee near N27th and Superior Streets from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and at Hy-Vee near 40th Street and Old Cheney Road from 2 to 5 p.m.
