Chief Deputy Ben Houchin with the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Vogel passed the test last week.
“Marshall and his family continue to thank the community and law enforcement for their continued time and efforts dedicated to locating Tyler,” Pollack said in the statement.
Days after Goodrich went missing on Nov. 3, investigators determined that Vogel wasn’t a suspect in his husband’s disappearance.
