Husker assistant coach Jordan Larson injured after Uber driver crashed in Paris
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Husker volleyball assistant coach and Olympian Jordan Larson was injured in a crash in Paris.
In an Instagram video posted Wednesday, Larson said her Uber driver crashed into a pole, injuring her and a teammate.
“Everyone is safe,” Larson said on social media. “Things definitely could’ve been worse, so we’re grateful for that.”
Larson, who became an assistant coach for the Huskers last year, is returning to campus this week.
She has been in Paris, helping the U.S. volleyball team win a silver medal in the Olympics.
“All in all, feeling pretty good and just really grateful,” the Hooper native said.
