Huskers land commitment from three-star offensive lineman Hayden Ainsworth

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Matt Rhule and the Nebraska football team added to its 2026 class on Monday, landing a commitment from three-star offensive lineman Hayden Ainsworth.
The Biloxi, Mississippi, native announced his commitment with a video on X.

According to On3, Ainsworth is the 25th-ranked recruit out of Mississippi and the 70th-ranked inside offensive lineman nationally in the class of 2026.
The 6-foot-5, 285 pounder played both tackle and guard in his sophomore season at Biloxi High School.

Rhule has now racked up six commitments from the class of 2026, headlined by four-star cornerback CJ Bronaugh.
Ainsworth is the second offensive lineman to join Rhule’s 2026 class, joining three-star offensive tackle Rex Waterman.
