Hy-Vee recalls American Macaroni Salad

A warning from Hy-Vee.
The company issued a recall for its 3-pound containers of "Hy-Vee American Macaroni Salad". The company says the containers were incorrectly labeled. They left out that it contained milk and wheat.
Anyone who has an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk and wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The affected product is packaged in a frosted clear plastic tub with a black plastic lid. It's labeled as "Hy-Vee American Macaroni Salad" on the lid.
The salad says to use it before July 31, 2015. If you have it, you're asked to throw it out or return it to the store a full refund.
