Dumpster truck hits Pawtucket medical office, causes partial collapse

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Pawtucket police said that a medical office partially collapsed after a dumpster truck hit it Friday morning.
The crash happened at about 9 a.m. at the Lifespan Cardiovascular Institute on East Avenue.
An ABC 6 News crew at the scene saw a hole on the side of the building.
Fire Chief William Conroy told ABC 6 the building was evacuated. A building inspector deemed it safe for workers to return inside.
National Grid crews were called to restore power.
No injuries were reported.
