Inaugural International Women’s Month March held in Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)- Members of the R.I.S.E. Women’s Leadership Conference marched through Downtown Providence alongside community members on Saturday afternoon.

The group marched in celebration of women and allies of all ages, concluding with a celebratory toast to women.

The march kicked off at the intersection of Weybosset and Dorrance Streets, lasting all the way to Michael S. Van Leesten Memorial Bridge Road.
