NEWPORT, R.I. (WLNE) — The Newport International Boat Show is open as organizers continue to track the path of Hurricane Lee.

Director Lisa Knowles told ABC 6 News they are taking it one day at a time, and that safety is the highest priority.

The show will continue through Sunday and includes exhibits on and off the water.

All activities are rain or shine, and organizers said to dress accordingly.

There are some changes this year as organizers carry on with the storm that is set to impact coastal New England.

The Freedom Boat Club in-water power training will not take place from Thursday to Sunday due to the uncertainty around the storm.

Anyone who already bought tickets can reach out to Kate Cardareli at kate4msi@gmail.com.

The Jamestown Ferry service to and from the show will be cancelled from Friday to Sunday,
