Gafford escaped a Lincoln Community Corrections Center, on January 26, 2019, when he just walked away.
We’re told the arrest in Las Vegas last night–10pm Las Vegas time–was without incident.
The 40-year-old, had been serving a 30 to 50 year sentence and was set for release in 2022, according to Lincoln Police.
He was taken into custody Thursday night after Las Vegas authorities received a tip from LPD that he might be in the area.
