Investigators find gun, ammo and meth at Lincoln home, affidavit says

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Authorities found meth and a gun inside a Lincoln home Tuesday evening, court documents say.
Around 5:50 p.m., the Lincoln-Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant at a home near Ninth and Rose streets.
Investigators had information that Joshua Nootz, 38, was selling meth out of the home, according to an arrest affidavit.
Authorities found Nootz standing near the garage and took him into custody. He had 14.5 grams of meth and $195 in cash on him, the affidavit alleges.
Investigators entered the home and found 34.7 grams of suspected meth, court records say.
A revolver, several rounds of ammunition, a digital scale and other drug paraphernalia were also discovered.
Nootz was charged Wednesday with five felonies, including possession of a controlled substance.
His bond was set at $400,000. Nootz must pay $40,000 to be released from jail.
