36,000 furloughed Internal Revenue Service employees are being called back to work to process tax refunds.
The Trump Administration ordered them to payout refunds, despite the partial government shutdown.
This is all in an effort to get your tax refunds out in time.
The agency will not perform audits or other agency functions, such as tax payer assistance during the shutdown.
