It’s getting hot, hot, hot…

Summer is back in full force! Most of Nebraska has eclipsed the 90-degree mark Friday afternoon. Some spots in portions of northern Nebraska almost approached 100 degrees today! The other story is the humidity. Southerly winds are beginning to pump in more humid air today and will continue to do so over the weekend. Things could get steamy soon, especially by the beginning of the workweek.

The weather stays warm into next week, with 90 degree high temperatures not going away any time soon. Storm chances also increase next week, but the details on timing and coverage are still a bit unclear. Stay tuned!
