Jordan Larson returns to Nebraska volleyball practice
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Former Nebraska volleyball player Jordan Larson arrived at Husker practice on Wednesday.
Larson had been with the team for a short time this summer but stepped away to participate in qualifiers for the 2024 Olympics.
“It seems pretty seamless coming back in and just watching from afar,” Larson said after practice. “It’s been really fun, and they’re doing a great job.”

The national champion said she’s adding what she can to the team but is mostly observing things and chiming in when needed.
“So just kind of observing and then kind of adding few nuggets here and there,” Larson said.
Larson is reuniting with her former head coach, John Cook, and talked about some of the things she picked up on as a player that has translated to her coaching style, specifically his mindset.
“I think he’s always learning, he’s always evolving, he’s always trying to be better,” she said. “And I think that mindset across all facets has really came true for me. I’m never settling. It’s never enough for me.”
Larson and the Huskers begin a four-game road stretch Friday at Purdue.
