LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Kearney man was sentenced Thursday after getting caught with child pornography.

Tucker Harders, 26, got eight years in federal prison with an eight-year term of supervised release.

In October 2022, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a report of someone uploading photos of children engaged in sexual activities.

It received another eight reports about the same account in January 2023. Investigators found the IP address to be linked with Harders and his home in Kearney.

In May 2023, the Kearney Police Department searched Harders’ home and found multiple electronic devices.

One of the computers had over 10,000 pictures of child pornography, with some of the pictures showing kids as young as 3.

Investigators also found chats where Harders would ask for, share or offer to trade child porn with others.
