Lancaster County reports 32nd COVID-19 death, new cases
Officials on Monday reported the 32nd COVID-19 death in Lancaster County.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Officials on Monday reported the 32nd COVID-19 death in Lancaster County.
The victim was a woman in her 50s who had been hospitalized, officials say.
A total of 53 new cases were reported Monday, bringing the county total to 7,534.
Total recoveries also increased from 3,228 to 3,271.
The county positivity rate remained unchanged at 8.6%. The state rate is 10.2% and the nationa lrate is 7.7%.
Local hospitals reported 55 COVID-19 patients on Monday. Of those, 29 are Lancaster County residents and five are on ventilators.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, shortness of breath, repeated shaking with chills, repeated muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.
