Lancaster County reports over 100 new COVID-19 cases

Over 100 on Monday and 200 over the weekend

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Monday, Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) announced 112 new COVID-19 cases, and 216 new COVID-19 cases from the weekend, bringing the community total to 33,653.

Bryan Health has one pediatric patient with COVID-19.

No new death was reported within the county today, the total number of deaths remains at 253.

More than 367,000 vaccines have been administered. Of those vaccinated, 190,479 have received their first dose of the vaccine and 177,195 have received their second dose.

The COVID-19 Risk Dial for Lincoln and Lancaster County is still in the elevated ‘yellow’ category.
