Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office identifies 19-year-old killed in crash east of Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man killed in a crash east of Lincoln on Thursday.
The crash happened at the intersection of 134th and Adams streets around 12:40 p.m.

Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said an SUV, driven by 19-year-old Carter Smith, was struck by an eastbound box truck at the intersection.
Smith was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the box truck was not injured.
Houchin said Smith was not wearing a seat belt.
