Wednesday morning, a few passing snow flurries are possible across eastern Nebraska. A trace of accumulation is expected for counties like Keya Paha, Brown, Rock and Boyd. Winds will blow this snow around making for reduced visibilities at times.

Gusty winds start today, with 30–40 mph gusts lasting through the end of the week. These winds will make temperatures feel colder and more bitter. Critical fire danger will be possible this afternoon in spots that don’t see precipitation.
