LFR crews respond to storage unit fire in south Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Crews battled a fire Tuesday morning at a storage unit in south Lincoln.
Lincoln Fire & Rescue responded around 11 a.m. to a storage unit near Seventh and Calvert streets.
A Channel 8 reporter at the scene saw smoke coming from the structure.
The cause of the fire was electrical, LFR Battalion Chief Aaron Pospisil said.
Crews shut off the electricity and let the fire cool off before entering the structure, Pospisil said.
No one was injured, but the total amount of damage is unknown.
