LFR quickly douses garage fire in northeast Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Crews quickly put out a garage fire Monday night in northeast Lincoln.
The blaze was reported about 7:40 p.m. near 52nd Street and Colfax Avenue.
A Lincoln Fire & Rescue spokeswoman said the fire was in an attached garage.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames quickly and were checking to see if any spread to the house, LFR said.
The fire caused a total of $3,000 in damage.
The cause is under investigation, according to LFR.
