Lincoln Christian wins back-to-back Class C1 titles, completes undefeated season

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The No. 1-seeded Lincoln Christian girls basketball team completed its undefeated season Saturday, beating Milford 49-42 in the Class C1 state championship at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
The Crusaders are the first team to finish undefeated in Class C1 in nearly two decades. The last program to accomplish that feat was Crofton in 2006.
Lincoln Christian has been dominant over the past two seasons, boasting a 53-2 record, winning 39-straight games and hoisting two-straight championship trophies.
