Lincoln East baseball rallys past Bellevue West to advance in state tournament
OMAHA, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln East Spartans defeated Bellevue West 2-1 on Friday afternoon at Werner Park in game one of the NSAA state baseball tournament.
The Spartans took the lead in the sixth inning thanks to an RBI single from AJ Evasco.
Lincoln East pitcher Carter Mick allowed just three hits.
Lincoln East will either play Papillion-La Vista South or Elkhorn South on Monday at 7 p.m.
