Lincoln family robbed in their own garage by a criminal who’s still on the run
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — An unknown criminal is still on the streets after robbing a Lincoln family in their own garage.
Police say this happened Friday night near McBride Avenue and O’Hanlon Drive.
An 18-year-old told officers that he was working in the garage when his mother arrived home around 10:15 p.m.
Not long after that, the criminal came and threatened both of them.
The crook got away with a purse, cash and cellphones.
The phones were eventually found nearby, but the rest of the items are still missing.
LPD has not provided a description of who it’s looking for or how they took off.
It appears that the victims were not harmed in this case.
