Lincoln home struck by gunfire early Sunday morning
Police said thankfully, no injuries were reported.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Police said a central Lincoln home was struck by gunfire early Sunday morning.
Police said officers responded to the 1600 block of Prospect Street, near 16th and South Street, to reported gunfire around 4 a.m. early Sunday morning. When authorities arrived they found several shell casings in the area and a home that was hit with several bullets.
Police said thankfully, no injuries were reported.
No arrests have been made at this time, but authorities do not believe there is a threat to the public.
