Lincoln Industries Laying Off 60 Employees

Another Lincoln company has announced layoffs Monday. Lincoln Industries says it's the first layoff in the company's 56-year history.

Company officials say the cuts are due to the economy. About 60 employees will be layed off. Lincoln industries is a manufacturing company that does fabrication and metal finishing.

The company will provide assistance to those being laid off including a severance package for part-time and full-time employees.
