Lincoln man accused of sexually assaulting 13-year-old girl

A Lincoln man has been charged with felony first-degree sexual assault of a child. 

Aaron Fischer, 26, allegedly had sex with a 13-year-old girl, according to court documents. 

The victim reported to her school counselor that she had met an ‘older boy’ at a park and had a sexual encounter with him at his house, the documents state.

Investigators found a Snapchat video of the assault on the girl’s cellphone, the documents state. The video was sent by a number authorities say was traced back to Fischer. 

Fischer was jailed on Monday. A judge set his bond Wednesday at $250,000.

Fischer faces up to life in prison if convicted. He is due in court next month.
